Refund and Return Policy for Knevia Knee Brace Store

  1. Returns
  • You may return your unopened, unused knee brace within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
  • If you have opened or used the knee brace, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee, provided the brace is in good condition.
  • To be eligible for a return, the knee brace must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and tags attached.
  1. Refunds
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 5 business days.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution's policies.
  1. Shipping
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return transit.
  1. Exceptions
  • Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including custom-ordered knee braces and braces that have been modified or altered in any way.
